Big Sky Conference Basketball Championship Band & Cheer Hotel RFP

SelectHospitality is the official travel partner of the Big Sky Conference. We are conducting a RFP for the 2021 Big Sky Conference Basketball Championship for the Band and Cheer teams. Many Big Sky Conference Band & Cheer teams will be traveling to Boise to support their schools in the championship event. We are looking to partner with 1-2 hotels to be the Band and Cheer host hotels for this event.

Event Information:

Event Dates: 03/08/2021 - 03/13/2021

Hotel Dates Needed: **03/06/2021 - 03/14/2021 (checkout date)

**Teams may arrive in a staggered pattern depending on tournament

Championship Venue: Century Link Arena - Boise, ID

*Each Cheer team will utilize approximately 8 rooms (6 doubles & 2 kings). Each Band will utilize approximately 12 rooms (10 doubles & 2 kings). Please consider approximate group size when offering amount of group's you can accept. Please specify in additional comments the amount of band and/or cheer teams you can accommodate.
