Big Sky Conference Women's Soccer Championship Hotel RFP

SelectHospitality is the official travel partner of the Big Sky Conference. We're conducting a RFP for the 2023 Big Sky Conference Women's Soccer Championship. All of the qualifying Big Sky Conference women's soccer teams will be traveling to Flagstaff, AZ to compete in the championship. We're looking to partner with up to 3 hotels for this event.

 

Event Information:

Championship Dates: 11/1/2023 - 11/5/2023
Room Block Dates Needed: 10/30/2023 - 11/5/2023
Championship Venue & Location: Northern Arizona University - Flagstaff, AZ 

 

* This is an elimination event. All hotel partners will need to be flexible with teams checking out prior to their scheduled departure dates.
* Teams will guarantee a 2-night minimum stay. After the 2-night minimum is met, teams must notify the hotel by the hotel's check-out time on the day of their departure to avoid being charged for an additional night.
