2. Teams will not be held liable for their reservation if the event is cancelled, altered, or the event location is changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

3. A preliminary rooming list is required to be submitted to SelectHospitality by 5pm MST on Friday, April 30th, 2021 (name changes will be accepted after this date).
