1. You have up until 5pm CDT on Friday, September 24th, 2021 to notify SelectHospitality of any changes to your check-in/check-out dates or your room counts/types, otherwise we will assume your count is as entered and will move forward with the count entered today. Within two (2) business days of completing this form, we will send you a confirmation letter.
2. Teams will not be held liable for their reservation if the event is cancelled, altered, or if the event location is changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
3. A preliminary rooming list is required to be submitted to SelectHospitality by 5pm MST on Tuesday, October 19th, 2021 (name changes will be accepted after this date).
