1. You have up until 5pm MST on Monday, March 29th, 2021 to notify SelectHospitality of any changes to your check-in/check-out dates or your room counts/types, otherwise, you will be held liable for all of the room counts/types for all of the days that you submit here. 2. Teams will not be held liable for their reservation if they do not attend the event, if the event is cancelled, or if the event location is changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 3. A preliminary rooming list is required to be submitted to SelectHospitality by 5pm MST on Wednesday, April 21st, 2021 (name changes will be accepted after this date).
