1. This is a 2-night minimum event. After the 2-night minimum is met, teams must notify the hotel by the hotel's check-out time on the day of their departure to avoid being charged for an additional night.
2. Hotel choice will be based on seeding (#1 seed has first choice, #2 seed has second choice, etc.). Teams are required to stay at the hotel they are assigned to.
3. Teams will not be held liable for their reservation if they do not qualify for the event or if the event is cancelled/moved due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
4. You have up until 12 days prior to your arrival to notify SelectHospitality of any changes in your room counts/types, otherwise you will be held liable for the room counts/types submitted here.
5. A preliminary rooming list is required 1 week prior to your arrival (name changes will be accepted after this date).
