Hotel placement is based on seeding (#1 seed has first choice, #2 seed has second choice, etc.). Teams are required to stay at the hotel they're assigned to.
Additional Information:

Terms of Service:

1. This is a 2-night minimum event. After the 2-night minimum is met, teams must notify the hotel by the hotel's check-out time on the day of their departure to avoid being charged for an additional night.
2. You have up until 5pm MST on Friday, April 28th, 2023 to notify SelectHospitality of any changes to your check-in/check-out dates or your room counts/types, otherwise, you will be held liable for all of the room counts/types for all of the days that you submit here.
3. Teams will not be held liable for their reservation if they do not qualify for the event, or if the event is cancelled, altered, or the event location is changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
4. A preliminary rooming list is required to be submitted to SelectHospitality by 5pm MST on Monday, May 1st, 2023 (name changes will be accepted after this date).
