Reservation Terms & Conditions: Cancellation and Cut Off Dates
1. Reservations must be received by SelectHospitality by 4:30 PM, Monday September 16th, 2019.
2. All cancellations must be made by 4:30 PM on Monday September 16th, 2019. Any Cancellations made after this date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the room and tax for each reservation cancelled.
3. After clicking "Reserve Rooms Now" the school will no longer be held responsible for those rooms reserved.
4. You will be held liable for all cancelled or adjusted rooms associated with your reservation.
5. The credit card provided will guarantee the reservation but, will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel.
