1. You have up until 5pm MST on Tuesday, March 15th, 2022 to notify SelectHospitality of any changes to your check-in/check-out dates or your room counts/types, otherwise, you will be held liable for all of the room counts/types for all of the days that you submit here. 2. Teams will not be held liable for their reservation if the event is cancelled, altered, or if the event location is changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 3. A preliminary rooming list is required to be submitted to SelectHospitality by 5pm MST on Wednesday, April 6th, 2022 (name changes will be accepted after this date).
