Big Sky Cross Country Championships Hotel RFP 2019

SelectHospitality is the official travel partner of the Big Sky Conference. We are conducting a RFP for the 2019 Big Sky Conference Cross Country Championships. All of the qualifying Big Sky Cross Country teams will be traveling to Greeley, CO to compete in the championship event. We are looking to partner with 3 hotels to be the team host hotels for this event.

Event Date: 11/2/2019
Hotel Dates Needed: 11/1/2019-11/2/2019 (check-out date)
* Possible that teams will arrive on 10/31/2019, we will know arrival date 30 days in advance.
Championship Venue: Northern Colorado University - Greeley, CO
 
- This is for the championship event. Exact travel dates will be based off the teams' placements in the conference during the 2019 season.
