Big Sky Volleyball Championships Hotel RFP 2019

SelectHospitality is the official travel partner of the Big Sky Conference. We are conducting a RFP for the 2019 Big Sky Conference Volleyball Championships. All of the qualifying Big Sky Volleyball teams will be traveling to Sacramento State University to compete in the championship event. We are looking to partner with 3-5 hotels to be the team host hotels for this event.
 
 

Event Information:
Event Dates: 11/28/2019 - 11/30/2019 (This is a Thanksgiving weekend tournament)
Hotel Dates Needed: 11/26/2019 - 12/01/2019 (check-out date)
*Possible that teams will arrive on 11/26/2019, we will know arrival date 14 days in advance.
Championship Venue: The Nest Gym - Sacramento State (CSUS)
 
- This is for the championship event. Exact travel dates will be based off the teams' placements in the conference during the 2019 season.
- This is an elimination event. All hotel partners will need to be flexible with check outs prior to schedule. Team will guarantee a 2 night minimum stay.
