Requirements to be a Preferred Hotel:

  • Best Available, Non-Commissionable Group Rates offered for each RFP bid, below hotel Best Available Rates
  • Breakfast for 2 per room included, complimentary Wi-Fi, complimentary meeting room and head coach upgrade offered on every bid
  • Must submit bids through your profile within 3 business days
  • 21-day cut-off for rooming lists, 80/20 attrition, and flexibility on weather cancellations & late checkouts
  • Teams with a minimum of 6 rooms can receive group rates in this program (Golf, Tennis, etc.)
  • Offer a discounted recruiting rate, Non LRA, Non-Commissionable rates to be offered
